• Consent & Intake Forms: Information you share on my intake or waiver forms prior to participating in a session or workshop.

• Session & Custom Experience Notes: Confidential notes I take during or after an experience regarding your goals, preferences, or project progress to ensure a personalized, supportive environment.

 

2. How I Use and Protect Your Information

• Service Customization: I use your intake forms and session notes purely to tailor my creative experiences to your needs and track your creative journey.

• Strict Confidentiality: These notes and forms are kept strictly confidential. I store them securely, never share them with third parties, and I am the only person with access to them. They will be securely destroyed when they are no longer required for your ongoing experiences.

 

3.Payment Processing & Security I offer multiple secure ways to pay for creative experiences and custom commissions:

• Online Bookings: When you pay through my website, your transaction is processed securely via Wix's integrated payment gateways. I only see standard billing information necessary for accounting and confirmation (such as your name and billing address); I never see or store your credit card number.

• Direct Bank Transfers / e-Transfers: If you choose to pay directly via bank transfer or Interac e-Transfer, I will receive the standard transaction details provided by the financial institutions (such as your name, email address, or business name, along with the transfer date and amount).

• Data Protection: Any bank transaction details or invoices containing client names are stored securely within my accounting records, kept strictly confidential, and used solely for business accounting and tax compliance purposes.

 

4. Third-Party Services & Cookies My website is hosted on the Wix platform, which uses cookies to ensure the site runs securely and effectively. I also utilize third-party applications (like Weglot for translations) that process basic data to display localized content.

 

5. Your Rights & Data Protection (Quebec Law 25) In accordance with Quebec's Law 25, you have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of any personal information I hold about you.
